We understand that complicated event planning is something that most people do not have time for. We can help you plan a birthday party, an engagement party or wedding; a reunion, baby shower, a social day of bowls with friends, a celebration of life or any other kind of function with minimal fuss and at a reasonable price. Function room hire for events include bar staff and basic setup so that you don’t have to worry about unforeseen costs.

What Club Ryde can offer

• Function room booking for gatherings as small as 10, all the way up to 200 people.
• Have the event room laid out as you want it. We can consult with you on how many people you are having, what arrangement you’d like and the best way to achieve that.
• Technical equipment including microphones, projectors and screens and music and lighting equipment with a DJ or jukebox on request.
• Floral arrangement, chair covers, linen table cloths, decorations and other extras can be organised through our vendors, or you are welcome to consult your own, whatever is easier for you!
• We have a great functions package menu, which features the best of Asian cuisine and contemporary Australian dining. Our large menu allows a huge range of choice, there is truly something for everyone! If what you are looking for is not there, we can speak to our chef about your needs and see if we can accommodate them. Our function package menu ranges from canapes to platters of hot food, Buffet menus, BBQ menus for barefoot bowls days in the sun and formal alternate service seated menus.
